Is the shipping free?
Yes, regular First Class Shipping is free. We use USPS for this service. If you prefer expedited shipping, please note that the cost will be the buyer’s responsibility
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. We have 2-3 business days shipping and Handling time where as Delivery time is usually 3-4 working days with UPS/ USPS/ Fed-Ex
Can I change or return my item?
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different length, thickness, or item, please contact us so we can reserve the new item for you. You are eligible for an exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving your package, as long as the item is unused and still attached to the original tag.
